Returns

We are happy to offer exchange or refund on all items sold in our physical and online shop. Our policy lasts 30 days.

To be eligible for a return, your item much be unused and in the same condition that you received it. 

Some types of goods are exempt from being returned, e.g. beauty products. 

To complete your return we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once your item is returned, inspected and found to be in resalable condition we will issue you with a refund.

If the item is not in a fully saleable condition on return to us, we reserve the right to refuse a refund.  Delivery charges for returned items which are not damaged are the responsibility of the customer. 

In the event of goods arriving damaged or not as ordered, please inform Courtyard Crafts within 24 hours of receipt and we will be happy to replace them or offer a refund on return of goods.
