Title of Goods & Contract
The title of goods passes to the customer once goods have been paid for in full. Until then, Courtyard Crafts retains full legal and equitable title to the goods.
Courtyard Crafts does not accept, under any circumstance, liability for losses special to the particular circumstances of the customer, or indirect or consequential losses or loss of profit, damage to property or wasted expenditure pertinent to the customer.
